What is Spiritual Companion
A Spiritual Companion walks alongside you through life’s challenges, transitions and questions.
People often turn to spiritual companions when there is a sense of inner struggle that feels like languishing. Spiritual companionship is a space that can bring comfort, respite from overwhelm, clarity and a sense of quiet confidence in your thoughts and the decisions you make going forward.
Spiritual companionship does not give advice or direct outcomes. Instead the focus is to gently direct you back to yourself. Through the art of presence, you are helped to reconnect to your inner self and your values.
When you are in this place, your decisions feel meaningful and powerful.
Lela helps you return to your own wisdom through contemplative practices, deep listening and compassionate presence.
